Late post 7: Friday, October 30
Ran about 3.4 miles. Was aiming for 4 miles again. Was running at a faster pace than normally because darkness caught up to me the last lap of my jog and I had been running faster. Time 35 minutes.
I think a format for how to track ourselves is beneficial i.e. short, simple, with a brief annotation of our running experience. (Please totally disregard the old posts I made from last year.)
