3miles/26 mins/I do have a quick question. Does anyone have any really good solutions for feet blisters and sores....all the running is killing my feet (and my times) and Ive never had to deal with this before so this is new territory.

Feet blisters, I think, come at the onset of starting to run. (At least, this is what I found for me....they've gone away for now.) As for sores, I'm getting sores in my knees and feet as well. Research suggests to ice down any pain. (But who wants to ice down anything with this weather.)
