Morgan Update

Sunday- didn't do my 4 mile run b/c I was too tired from only getting 3 hours of sleep the night before. so I decided to repeat last week's training.

Monday-Jillian Michael's workout

Tuesday-2miles/23:45 min/ was supposed to be a 3 mile day but didn't have enough time

Wednesday 2miles/23:36min/ normally i'd cross train on wednesdays instead of running but since i only did 2 the day before, i decided to run.

Thursday 3 miles/ 37:47 min/ interesting run...difficult start but at about 1.8 miles i started feeling really good lol...

Wow Morgan, you are doing so good. :) I heard that Jillian Michael's workouts are no joke. How's that going?

:), Thanks Alex. yeah the Jillian workout is really hard...the hardest workout i've ever done, lol. but i'm getting better at it..little by little.

I just tried Jill MIchael's today -- either I'm really out of shape or its just really hard.... Thinking its a combo of both: I only made it half way (and it was only a 20 minute workout i.e. 30 day shred DVD).
